Integrity Virtual Partner was founded by a practicing physician who saw the strain from both ends. The front end was struggling with a lack of manpower: phones ringing, faxes piling up, and not enough hands to keep patients moving.
The back end was struggling too, with providers spending hours on chart prep, prior authorizations, and admin, time that pulls them away from patients and drives burnout.
