Become an Independent Marketing Representative
Help businesses, starting with medical practices, hire trained virtual assistants, and earn a commission on every hour they work, for as long as they stay active. Remote, flexible, and built for self-starters.
The role, in plain terms
You connect with businesses (starting with medical and specialty practices) and sign them on as clients. You earn a commission on any service they purchase, with the highest and most ongoing return coming when they hire a virtual assistant, since you earn on every billable hour that VA works, for as long as the client stays active. We handle the recruiting, screening, training, and day-to-day management of the VAs once you have made the connection.
How you get paid
You earn $1.00 for every billable hour each virtual assistant works at a client you signed. It stacks: if your client hires 10 VAs, that is $10 for every billable hour they work. And it keeps paying for as long as those VAs stay active, so a strong book of clients becomes ongoing, recurring income.
Figures assume full-time, active VAs and are illustrations, not guarantees. Your earnings depend on the clients and VAs you bring on.
What we provide vs. what's on you
We provide
- All marketing materials, at our cost
- Training and a clear sales playbook
- Recruiting, screening and managing the VAs
- A direct contact to support your deals
On you
- Your own outreach and relationships
- Your schedule, your methods
- Your own costs (travel, phone, etc.)
- Your own taxes (1099 contractor)
Honest expectations
- Commission-only. No base pay, and no fees to join, ever.
- Slow at first. Selling to practices takes outreach, follow-up, and some rejection before your first client signs.
- It rewards consistency. The early effort is mostly unpaid, but once you build a base of active clients, the commissions recur and add up.
- Real upside, earned. Great if you are patient and motivated by what you can build, not if you need a guaranteed paycheck next week.
